Deposit: A deposit of $5.00 per person ($100 min.) is needed to hold your reservation and 50% of the total package is required to be paid 2 weeks prior to your event. A guaranteed attendance must be confirmed 48 hours in advance of your outing date. The person in charge should pay the final bill in one total payment 30 minutes prior to your starting time. "NO SHOWS" will not be deducted, however their meals can be packaged to go (except buffets).

Confirmation & Changes: Return signed confirmation sheet with deposit. Major attendance changes may be made until two weeks before outing. Final adjustment accepted 48 hours before your event.

Tee Times: Assign foursomes but please do not assign tee times for your group. First groups should be ready to play a half hour before 1st tee time.

Keep Pace: Try to team foursomes so novice golfers are not all in same group. We suggest a max of 6 shots, then pick up and go to green. This definitely speeds up play for everyone following you. Every golfer must have their own clubs.

Alcohol: Our entire golf course is licensed by the Pa. Liquor Control Board. Alcoholic beverages purchased elsewhere are not permitted. A beverage cart will be provided on weekends for your convenience or you may purchase take out drinks from our bar.

Shotgun Starts: A Friday shotgun starts at noon and requires a minimum of 100 people paid in full one week in advance. A Saturday shotgun starts at 1:00 PM and requires a minimum of 132 people paid in full two weeks in advance. A two tee start is also possible with a minimum of 80 paid one week in advance.

Dress Code: Sleeved and / or collared shirts must be worn at all times! Tennis shoes or golf spikes are acceptable, but please no work boots, cleats or high heels.
